D\u016fkladn\u011b je ve sm\u011bsi obal\u00edme a nech\u00e1me 15 minut odpo\u010dinout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z uveden\u00fdch surovin p\u0159iprav\u00edme om\u00e1\u010dku, d\u016fkladn\u011b ji prom\u00edch\u00e1me, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dochut\u00edme. M\u011bla by b\u00fdt v\u00fdrazn\u011b sladkokysel\u00e1. Kdo ji p\u0159ipravuje z kompotovan\u00e9ho ananasu, m\u016f\u017ee vodu doplnit \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou z kompotu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V hlub\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1nvi rozp\u00e1l\u00edme v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed oleje na sma\u017een\u00ed kousk\u016f ku\u0159ec\u00edho masa. Do druh\u00e9 p\u00e1nve nalijeme oleje pouze cca 1 PL a orestujeme na n\u00ed dok\u0159upava kousky zeleniny a ananasu i s \u010desnekem a z\u00e1zvorem. B\u011bhem t\u00e9 doby sma\u017e\u00edme ku\u0159ec\u00ed maso. Vkl\u00e1d\u00e1me ho do oleje postupn\u011b, ka\u017ed\u00fd kousek zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165, aby se nep\u0159ilepily k sob\u011b. Osma\u017e\u00edme je dozlatova ze v\u0161ech stran. Po vyta\u017een\u00ed je polo\u017e\u00edme na pap\u00edrovou ut\u011brku a odsajeme p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00fd tuk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K orestovan\u00e9 zelenin\u011b vlijeme om\u00e1\u010dku, proh\u0159ejeme, dochut\u00edme a vm\u00edch\u00e1me ku\u0159ec\u00ed kousky. Maso nesm\u00ed v om\u00e1\u010dce z\u016fstat dlouho, jinak nebude k\u0159upav\u00e9 a zm\u011bkne.
