Jen\u017ee n\u011bkdy nem\u00e1me jinou mo\u017enost, ne\u017e koupit kachnu mra\u017eenou (nebo se nech\u00e1me zl\u00e1kat v\u00fdhodnou ak\u010dn\u00ed cenou mra\u017een\u00fdch kachen). I z t\u00e9 bude dobr\u00e1 pe\u010d\u00ednka, jen ji mus\u00edme nechat zvolna rozmrazit bez \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho urychlov\u00e1n\u00ed. To trv\u00e1 cel\u00fd den. P\u0159\u00edklad: Chceme-li pod\u00e1vat mra\u017eenou kachnu k ned\u011bln\u00edmu ob\u011bdu, vynd\u00e1me ji z mraz\u00e1ku v sobotu dopoledne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syrovou kachnu kr\u00e1tce opl\u00e1chneme studenou vodou a dob\u0159e osu\u0161\u00edme svrchu i uvnit\u0159. T\u00edm tak\u00e9 <strong>zkontrolujeme, zda se uvnit\u0159 kachny nenach\u00e1z\u00ed s\u00e1\u010dek s droby<\/strong> \u2013 jestli ano, vyjmeme je a zat\u00edm odlo\u017e\u00edme. Kachnu dob\u0159e prohl\u00e9dneme ze v\u0161ech stran. Jestli\u017ee m\u00e1 na k\u0159\u00eddlech a na biskupu zbytky brk\u016f, vezmeme (technickou) pinzetu a vytah\u00e1me je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i pe\u010den\u00ed kachny mus\u00edme po\u010d\u00edtat s dlouhou dobou tepeln\u00e9 \u00fapravy. <strong>Je vyzkou\u0161eno, \u017ee kachna je dokonale m\u011bkk\u00e1, kdy\u017e ji pe\u010deme asi p\u011bt hodin.<\/strong> Ov\u0161em pozor \u2013 p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00e9 teplot\u011b kolem 100 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia. Nic se nestane, kdy\u017e si jeden den (t\u0159eba v sobotu nave\u010der) kachnu tak zvan\u011b \u201ep\u0159edpe\u010deme\u201c a dope\u010deme ji druh\u00fd den dopoledne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do kachn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee a do vnit\u0159ku kachny vet\u0159eme asi l\u017ei\u010dku soli.<\/strong> Nech\u00e1me chv\u00edli odle\u017eet. Ov\u0161em vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed jsou t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 litinov\u00e9 kastroly \u010di pek\u00e1\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kachnu vlo\u017e\u00edme do pe\u010dic\u00ed n\u00e1doby a z obou stran posypeme km\u00ednem.<\/strong> Co z n\u00ed spadne, z\u016fstane v pek\u00e1\u010di. Oto\u010d\u00edme ji na prsa a podlijeme asi decilitrem vody, v\u00edc ne. Pek\u00e1\u010d zakryjeme poklic\u00ed, vlo\u017e\u00edme do rozp\u00e1len\u00e9 trouby a teplotu sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edme na 100 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia. Jestli\u017ee si kachnu \u201ep\u0159edp\u00e9k\u00e1me\u201c den dop\u0159edu, nech\u00e1me ji p\u00e9ct tak dv\u011b hodiny, pak troubu vypneme a ka\u010denu v n\u00ed nech\u00e1me a\u017e do vychladnut\u00ed.
